Booking Terms

* Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.

We serve Breakfast from Monday - Sunday:
Mon - Fri from 07:00 - 09:00
Sat - Sun from 08:00 - 09:30
Please do note breakfast must be booked in advance.

We do offer dinner vouchers, but do not serve dinner. We would love to suggest a few local favourites',

PAYMENTS:

All payments are appreciated. However, EFT is preferred

Credit card facilities are available on request.
Credit cards used to make the booking needs to be present at check-in, as well as a copy of owners ID or passport.

NORMAL T'S AND C'S APPLY
*** Major events & peak seasons (including SA school holidays & long weekends) - We require a 50% deposit to confirm all bookings and final payments due a minimum of 10 days before date of arrival. All deposits and payments received will be non-refundable.

Advanced payments will be fully refunded on re-booked units - subject to a minimum of R171.00 cancellation fee as well as any other fees claimed by travel portals or agents in accordance with their published terms & conditions.

Cancellation policy as agreed and confirmed:
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
